End of Lease full service description

The below is the service Clean N Fresh provide for every room as well as specifics for each room;

• Wipe down of skirting boards

• Clean and dust lighting, switches and fixtures

• Vacuum and mop entry waysand other hard surface floors

• Dust and remove cobwebs

• Wipe down inside and outside of doors

• Vacuum and mop floor

• Clean windows(internal), sills and tracks

•  Clean mirrors and wipe all counters

• Spot clean walls

Laundry

• Clean sink and cupboards

• Wipe all counters.

Kitchen

• Clean cabinets,cupboards, drawers and doors inside and out

• Clean oven inside/outside, cook top, grill and range hood (including filter)

• Clean dishwasher(internal, including filter)

• Disinfect kitchen bench tops

Bathrooms / Toilets

• Clean and descale shower screen and tiles

• Clean exhaust fans

• Clean bathroom sinks and bathtub

• Clean the toilet inside and outside

Bedrooms

• Clean inside cupboards and built in wardrobes

Lounge / Dining Room

• As per standard service for every room

Other Areas

• Garage: Vacuum/Sweep Out; clean and dust light and power points

• Front Door Area:Sweep

• Balcony or Verandah: Area cleared of spider webs/dust. Floors swept and cleaned with damp mop or pressure hose

Optional Extras

These are not included in our standard bond cleaning service and need to be added as extras, will be included in quote if required.

• Blind Cleaning(depending on blind type and condition)

• Deep Carpet Cleaning

Clean n Fresh's goal is to provide a service which guarantees a satisfactory outcome for the Landlord/Agent/Tenant to ensure our service will get the Tenant closer to receiving their bond. We will return if satisfaction has not been met  free of charge.
